If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns require a copy of the original packing list. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total return. Nemcor Inc. will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. 


Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required to process returns.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) when:

  • Any item is returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error

 

Damage Claims

All damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to review. After 7 days, all damage claims will be considered null and void.

 

Refunds(if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you when we have processed your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

 

Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, please double check your bank account or credit card statement. Next contact your bank.

Clearance items(if applicable)

Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges(if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@nemcorinc.com.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
